In November of 2009, Kimberly A. Quintana teamed with her husband, Hector Quintana and joined Koenig & Strey GMAC Real Estate's Gold Coast office at 900 N. Michigan.  This sales team has a combined 52 years of experience in full time real estate sales, management, consulting, training, and coaching in residential, commercial and international real estate business.

In November of 2005, Kimberly, was recruited to American Invsco to head the newly created brokerage division as the Vice President of Brokerage. Kim was later promoted to the President of Brokerage and National Sales. She was elected as a Director to the Chicago Association Realtors (CAR) on Friday, September 28 at CAR’s 124th Inaugural Gala.

Prior to joining American Invsco, Kimberly was with Coldwell Banker for 11 years, where she served as Regional Vice President of Residential Brokerage. There, she was responsible for 11 offices in three states - Michigan, Indiana and Illinois, overseeing a total of 538 agents. Her main function was to help her 11 managers work with their respective teams to achieve the plans and goals set forth by the company.

Kimberly is a certified Integrity Systems trainer and has certified 87 managers/department heads in Integrity Coaching, as well as 84 associates in Integrity Selling. She holds three designations - GRI, CRS and LTG. She is a past President of the S/SWAR (South/Southwest Association of Realtors -1994-1995) and was voted the 2001 Realtor of the Year for the RWSSC (Realtor Association of the West South Suburban Chicagoland). Kimberly received her real estate license in 1983 and her broker’s license in 1985.
